I'm in two minds about this. Timbaland always comes correct with his beats (can you actually think of a wack Timbo beat?!), but I don't think this particular beat suits Jigga that well...Of all the tracks that have leaked so far "D.O.A." and (to an extent) "Run This Town" are the only ones that have impressed me...I really hope the rest of "Blueprint 3" is solid...
However, I'm still anxious to hear this Swizz Beatz joint!

Jigga
Ahhhh amazing - "you rappers singing too much, get back to rap, you t-paining too much" literally amazing. About time the Death of Autotune came round, and there couldn't be anyone better to write it's obit without a pen... lets face autotune has been harshly rinsed, now may it R.I.P.
its like 8 am and I'm like already 2 hrs too late as every blog is raping this but its Jigga, how can I not show some respect... also after being in NY these past few weeks I literally have fallen way more in love with him, I lust Jigga... BK they go hard.
D.O.A. (Death of Autotune) is produced by Kanye West & No I.D. but apparently the single that's to emerge this July from Blueprint 3 (which is set to be released September 11th) is going to be featuring Drake called 'Off That'- blog stalking tweet stalking just to keep you all in the know... the sun is shining the music is sweet!
love love love from NYC, ENJOY ;) x

Long Weekend
Thursday - DMC's UK finale DJ Skully won and then bigged up David Ike, this may explain his for year gap.... and plus touring with Klashnekoff! I'm not convinced skully had the most original set, it was a lil' too much like being back in 2002, however, saying that his set was the tightest amongst other sloppy characters like Asian Hawk! Anyway.....
raining UK champ, JFB came second and Switch came third, most people thought he should have won and his set was the best out of the lot, but hey thats DMC for ya!
Oh yeah Beat Torrent/ C2C whatever the French guys are called did a dope set! I cud describe what they did and be a better journalist but fuck it your a cunt and im to busy/lazy, so fuck you!
PS aint got no pics of the event opps!
A lot of madness went on during the rest of the night and i promised most dj's that i wouldn't mention it on the blog or post pics (big up cakes), of course DJ Cable was out in full effect (I'm Cable bitches) Holding it down on the judges panel along side Mr Thing!
After pary at Mat Dats featuring dj Blakey LOL ! Walthamstow - Long ting, no sleep!
stayed awake all night went to the pub in the day then went to Bar Rumba and somehow I ended up hosting the night!
Big up Spin Doctor!
On the real - Launch Party
Inka Hosting

Krew Shot - dj Rags, Neil Armstrong (Jay-Z'z Tour DJ), Inka, Spin Doctor, Antony and Snips
Neil Armstrong and me no sleep bitches!Saturday - The Westbury in Kilburn I did 11 till 1am and then one of the guys from The Freestyles came on. After all this I headed to the west end to link Snips and get food!
This is a very very edited version of events, what can I say? I'm a DJ not a journalist...

Boxer sues Jay-Z for $88 Million over 'Rap Style'

Wow, Americans sure love to sue don't they?
Former heavyweight boxer Mitchell Rose filed an $88 million dollar copyright lawsuit against Jay-Z in Brooklyn Federal Court. Apparently he gave Hova a demo back in 2001, and 'was shocked to discover that Jay-Z allegedly stole his style of rhyming, delivery and even certain lyrics.
Full story here.
Apparently Rose is a personal injury lawyer too. Hmm.......
If that's the case, I'm gonna be suing Inka & Snips for £1 Billion each for spinning the same music as me.
Show me them papes!
